| Synchro Motorsport was founded in true Honda fashion in 1994, as a club team for Honda employees to use motorsport to gain product knowledge, experience and expertise. All team members work within Honda UK Manufacturing at Swindon and all work on the car is carried out in their spare time.
The team originally entered the Production Saloon Car Championship in a UK Honda Accord. The following year they entered the Saloon 2000 Championship in a Honda Civic, finishing a credible second in Class B and then progressed to the the NSCC, where they entered two Honda Civic 5 doors and finished in the top ten overall.
Their most respected trophy to date is the coveted Coupe de Roi which they brought back to Swindon after competing in the Spa 24 Hour race last year.
This year the team will be running one Accord in the BTC Production Class. |
