"I started taking photographs from an early age, like most young boys, I was fascinated with
Aircraft and Racing cars. I bought my first camera in the early sixties, a Box Brownie, just for
snaps. I changed to 35mm during the seventies, visiting Airshows and Race meetings. But it was not
until I bought my first Canon camera did I take my photography more seriously, building up a
selection of lenses and equipment along the way. Most of the eighties I spent travelling the length
and breadth of the country photographing aircraft. My main fascination is the Spitfire, arguably the
most beautiful aircraft ever built, and other piston engined aircraft of that period. But my
collection of aircraft photographs is quite comprehensive and varied. Since the start of the
nineties I have spent more time photographing Motorsport, in particular the highly successful
British Touring Car Championship and later to the German STW and DTM Championships, FIA and British
GT's, Eurocars, Historic, Club Racing, Karts and F1. My cameras and lenses have now been updated to
the current EOS Professional models. I have had pictures published in Japan, Greece and Great
Britain. Magazines such as Flypast, Car Magazine, Car and Car Conversions and Autosport."
